Will Bynum Join Cooley?

As the basketball world now knows, Ed Cooley, formerly Providence's head coach has accepted the same position at Georgetown. To be clear, Cooley was officially announced by G'Town mere hours ago.

Just now, news hit the internet that Providence's starting point guard, Jared Bynum, has entered the transfer portal, signaling at least some desire to depart. Two years ago, he arrived at PC from St. Joeseph's.

Could it happen? Where is he in the process?

Nothing is finite, but a close source leaned in directly on that prospect. Premium Court has it!

As a Frair this past season, Bynum averaged 10 points, 4.3 assists and 2.4 rebounds, each time out. He also managed 22.7 minutes, a gae, 38.4% overall shooting, 31.9% on long balls, 83.1% from the charity stripe.

Bynum is a floor general type point guard, one that is an extension of the coach.
