Twitter explodes - Dickerson to Hoyas
May 10, 2014 - As has been brandied about today on Twitter, 6'8", Class of 2015 big man Noah Dickerson announced "Proud to say I committed to Georgetown University #hoyasaxa". A Georgia native, the Hoyas bested Georgia Tech, Florida State, NC State and a host of other schools.
As happens in Twitterdom, there were many comments regarding his choice.

Future teammates, incoming Hoya freshman Tre Campbell and Isaac Copeland both were thrilled. The former said:

Incoming Ohio State and current Dickerson Montverde teammate, guard D'Angelo Russell was supportive, saying:
