Being a 2006 graduate of Georgetown, Ashanti Cook is well known to Blue and Grey fans as a combo guard capable of making both expected and big plays. Cook, a 6'2" guard out of Inglewood, CA, Cook finished his Hoya tenure with a nine points, 2.7 rebound career average, having scored in double figures as a junior and senior, while increasing games started each season.

A six year professional basketball veteran, Cook spent seasons in Germany (Braunshweig, Hannover, Schalke 04), also suiting up for Mexico's Postros Itson and KK Strumica in Macedonia, as well as domestically with the CBA's Albany Patroons and Bakersfield of the now G-League. .

He's still performing, years later. Not on the hardwood, but as a respected and accomplished actor. The moves are different, but Cook continues impacting crowds, this time on a larger scale.
