Visitors are visiting

August 27, 2012 - Georgetown University's men's basketball team has had a spate of recruiting visitors recently, dovetailing with the enrollment of new students and return of existing ones. With registration at the school taking place now, classes beginning Wednesday and high school instruction soon launching nationwide, the last week or so has proven an ideal time to extol the Blue and Grey's virtue to possible future players.
As has been noted nationally, including on our Premium Court message board (in real time), Class of 2013 guard Roddy Peters toured Georgetown today. A 6'3" combo guard, Peters has not been reached regarding his visit, but it wasn't the first time the Suitland High School (MD) senior has travelled across town to G'Town; as reported by HoyaReport.com, he has previously played pick up at the school, wowing those who participated. (Learn specifics regarding his recruitment, via the link above).

Peters is a savvy scorer who has worked on his jumper, loves to drive, and will find teammates. Defensively he's improved, understanding the need to strap consistently. (See Peters has been balling for more).
Roddy apparently hasn't been alone in touring, as a big man the Hoyas covet has also recently been on The Hilltop. To find out who this student-athlete is, see the link above to our Premium Court message board.
