Trier shots

February 15, 2014 - Since Trier is proving tough to trump was published early this month, Peegs.com's Jeff Rabjohns and T.J. Walker of CatsIllustrated.com have both written about the recruitment of Allonzo Trier from the perspective of Indiana and Kentucky, respectively. It makes sense, as Trier, ranked 46th by Rivals.com nationally in the Class of 2015 is currently a highly recruited combo guard, one that has been pursued by a host of schools.
The 6'5", 203 pound Trier simply gets buckets - off the bounce, from long distance, in transition. Though his Montrose Christian (MD) coach Bryan Bartley said previously must "work on his mid-range" shooting and Trier cited better "game management" and limiting tough shots - all true statements - Trier is certainly one of the most dynamic offensive players in his class.
