Set for Saturday, January 5, 2014 at St. Stephen's/St. Agnes School (Alexandria, VA), 10 teams from the Interstate Athletic Conference and Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference.

3p Potomac School (MAC) vs Bullis (IAC)
5p St. Albans (IAC) vs Flint Hill (MAC)
7p SSSA (IAC) vs Sidwell Friends (MAC)
According to SSSA head coach Ron Ginyard, a key figure in organizing and hosting this event, it's purpose is "To provide a good day of hoops for fans and college coaches" with "two similar leagues competing".
