Big game has big name visitors

March 8, 2013 - There's a big game in D.C. Saturday afternoon, one in which much of the college basketball world will be watching. It's time for Georgetown to host Syracuse, the last time these schools will play in regular season BIG EAST action, ever. Such is life, when Syracuse has decided to depart the BIG EAST for different conference pastures (the ACC).
HoyaReport.com will be on site, covering the game, and we will have real time, in-game chat. ESPN's Game Day production is broadcasting live from Verizon Center as is Rich Chvotkin, who per usual will man the 980 AM radio broadcast.

The 'Phone Booth' will surely be packed - sold out actually. Some in attendance will be high school players, being recruited by the Hoyas. Early returns are coming in regarding some of these talented players.
For a current listing, see our Premium Court message board. More will be revealed later today, as others are identified.
Here are two nuggets: A confirmed attendee is Class of 2014's Dwayne Morgan, while another player believed likely to attend is none other than do-ti-all, '14 swingman, Theo Pinson.
