The dominoes are falling for John Thompson III and his staff recruiting wise, as post graduate forward Antwan Walker chose Georgetown, today, per @TeamLoaded's Twitter account. The Hoyas ultimately bested Virginia Tech for his services (his final two was first reported by HoyaReport.com). Serving as his primary recruiter was assistant coach Kevin Broadus.

Standing 6’7” and weighing just less than 220 pounds, Walker, who now attends Hargrave Military Academy (VA) is a Washington, DC native, one who starred at HD Woodson the last several years. During the 2015-16 campaign, a historic 33-zip sojourn, Walker averaged better than 16 points a game, while adding 13 caroms and five rejections per game for the Warriors. Woodson garnered both DCIAA and DCSAA 'chips .

As a member of Team Loaded, Walker showed the ability to compete with some of the nation’s best players. Last season during Adidas Gauntlet play, Walker contributed 11.3 points and 3.8 rebounds during 23 minutes of clock per game.
