October 10, 2017 - During the pre-July open period Team Loaded training camp, we caught up with then Georgetown recruiting target Mac McClung. A Class of 2018, Rivals.com three-star guard, McClung, an athletic performer who finishes and shoots at a high level, eventually chose Rutgers to attend.

That changed recently, as the 6'2", 175 pound McClung decommitted from the Scarlet Knights. He's back in play, and G'town is pursuing him full force, again.

This past summer, McClung talked about his then Hoya recruitment, improving, possibly functioning in a Kemba Walker role for the Blue and Grey, dropping over 60 points for Gate City (VA) in a state playoff contest, his basketball history, hoops in his hometown and more.
