CBS Sports Network has the TV broadcast, while WTEM 980 is home to Rich Chvotkin's radio call. Not to be undone on that medium, Tim Krueger's Overtime post-game show on 1620 The Zone is a must listen for fans of both programs.
HoyaReport.com's real time, in-game chat is always an option for fans.
Creighton (10-12, 1-8) defeated St. John's this week for its first league win. The Bluejays, coached by Greg McDermott utilize an offensive attack based on spread spacing and three point shooting.
"They got a big win against St. John's. They got up a lot of threes. So we know that's what they like to do" said senior guard/forward Jabril Trawick yesterday.
Of note should be the Hoyas' periodic trouble tracking long ball shooters this season. Addressing that, Trawick shared "We have to chase them off the three point line", also understanding "They've got some bigs that like to get some pick and pop situations as well".
Visit Premium Court for audio from Trawick and Thompson addressing the following: How the Hoyas plan to address Creighton's offensive attack and the raucous crowd, whether freshman guard L.J. Peak is still hampered by injury, the focus on Bluejay senior point guard Austin Chatman, G'Town's periodic trouble with shooters, how Creighton has adjusted to losing sophomore guard Isaiah Zierden and playing a team for the second time.
Also on that subscription based message board is feedback from Krueger, who provided answers regarding CU Basketball, including how the fan base and program have reacted to getting that first conference win of the season, the Century Link Center crowd's recent performance, adjusting to Zierden's loss, Chatman's play and what defense the Hoyas might expect to see.
