8.6.18 - The 2018 Nike DC Pro City Kenner League Final Four didn’t disappoint, as players in Georgetown’s McDonough Arena competed at a high level. A look at some are below, with complete write ups of Hoya players available on Premium Court.

Clydes 82 Premier Athletics 80

Rodney Pryor - 6’5”, 210 pound forward, Clydes – Scored 19 points, including the game winning shot. Can become on fire and not miss. Good in isolation. Former Hoya must continue to focus on defense.

Jahvon Blair – 6’3”, 185 pound sophomore guard, Georgetown, Clydes – Dropped 25 points, mostly from pulling up from three and on deep twos. When he pulls up undefended, it’s going in....

Josh LeBlanc – 6’6”, 220 pound freshman forward, Georgetown, Clydes – Continues to round into form, driving, finishing and showing he can actually hit spot up shots. Finished with 13 points. Has to...

Xavier Johnson – 6’2”, 190 pound freshman guard, Pitt, Clydes – In his first Pro City Kenner action, logged 11 points scored mostly off of drives/finishes. Is very good going right and converting at rim. Jumper and left hand patting have improved, and are a point of continued development.

Andrew Washington – 6’3”, 220 pound guard, Premier – Led a furious Premier near- comeback with 33 points, including a coast to coast layup that finally erased a double digit deficit. Is a competitor, never backing down, despite Premier being down several players. Only really goes left, but was unstoppable doing so.

Hoop Magic 87 On Point 71

Omer Yurtseven – 6’11”, 260 pound junior center, Georgetown, Hoop Magic – It’s clear that when Yurtseven wants to, he’s dominant; can post, shoot from midrange, defend, move his feet. Scored 19 points. Must...

Greg Malinowski – 6’4”, 210 pound senior guard, Georgetown, Hoop Magic – Logged 20 points, again showing if his feet are set, he can sink them at a high level. Drove more confidently. Has....

Jerome Seagears – 6’2”, 185 pound guard, On Point – A professional caliber guard, Seagears logged 21 points, scored from deep and at the rim/free throw line. Midrange shooting and driving to pass will elevate his game.

Josh Hart – 6’5”, 210 pound guard/forward, On Point – In his second season with the Los Angeles Lakers, Hart scored 18 points in his Pro City Kenner cameo appearance. Seemed to use this game as a chance to work on his jumper. Got to the rim basically at will.
