September 14, 2017 - College basketball staffs are crossing the country, visiting prospects at their high schools and homes. Doing so expresses to possible recruits sincerity in pursuing them.

That message is enhanced if the head coach travels on site. Yesterday, new Georgetown bench leader, Pat Ewing, did just that, rolling down to Baton Rough, LA, in pursuit of Josh LeBlanc, the four star, Class of 2018 forward ranked 78th by Rivals.com.

LeBlanc, standing 6'7" and 215 pounds, officially visited Georgetown in August. The 26th of that month he also toured Arkansas, while a similar jaunt to Texas A&M is expected in September. LSU, also in the mix, is assumed to secure an official LeBlanc visit also, though based on proximity to his home and Madison Prep Academy, he's very familiar with that institution.

Long and bouncy, LeBlanc provides defensive scalability, showing the propensity to guard three or four positions. On offense he uses activity, effort and relentlessness to score, finishing on breaks and in half court situations via blow by drives. LeBlanc's also a constant rebounder who has improved and continues to develop his shooting range.

Discuss his recruitment, with some insight into the Hoyas chances, on Premium Court.
