Dickerson lands overseas

Per a recent @AlexKennedyNBA tweet, Georgetown graduate transfer guard Trey Dickerson will suit up professionally next year; he'll be a member of Enosis Neon Paralimni, based in Cyprus.

As a Hoya in 2017-18, over the course of 26 games, Dickerson averaged 4.3 points, 1.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists and .8 steals per contest.

Suffering from a leg injury, Dickerson seemed to reach his power curve later in the season, including an 18 point, February 13th outburst that was pivotal to G'Town's 87-83 road victory over Butler.

After attending junior college, Dickerson's itinerant Division I career started at Iowa (2014-15), before transferring after seeing 15 games of action, then landing at South Dakota, where he chipped in 10.4 points and three helpers during 2016-17.

When clicking on all cylinders, Dickerson, an NYC kid, can quickly get in the lane, where he tries to finish or finds teammates. Given that speed, jumpshots are readily open for Dickerson, a capable, streaky shooter.

Good luck Trey!
