Buchanan Mulls Choice

If it takes a village to help raise a kid, then Johnson is following his orders!
Two schools sent coaches to scout Buchanan last night - George Mason and Rutgers - with the Scarlet Knight's being represented by head coach Steve Pikiell and assistants Brandon Knight, Karl Hobbs, and TJ Thompson, a full compliment. Mason's presence was assistant coach Duane Simpkins, who has long been on Buchanan's trail. .
Bard Standouts
Despite taking a 'L', Bard, masterfully coached by Malcolm Battle has a bevy of young, talented players. Below are two:
Kwari Harviey - 6'1", 135 pound freshman guard - Has to get stronger but is fearless. Must defend his position better. Competitor that comes from a basketball family.
Steven Lamar, 6'2", 180 pound junior point guard - Strong and physical, Lamar is learning the nuances of the position. Has to become a better/more consistent shooter. A coach's dream, he has a chance. Has been offered by Virginia Union.
