The Wolfpacker was at Upper Room Christian Academy in Raleigh, N.C. on Friday afternoon for the college announcement of five-star guard Rodney Purvis. Purvis is ranked as the No. 6 overall player and No. 2 point guard in the class of 2012.

Purvis held a press conference in front of the entire school, family and friends before holding a question and answer session for the media, along with his mother, Shanda McNair, and coach, former Pack player Avie Lester. Purvis also held an informal Q&A session later, and The Wolfpacker has video of all three events.
